Abstract:

Fifteen species of Tomosvaryella (Diptera, Pipunculidae) from Mexico, Central America and Antilles are registered. Two new species from Mexico are described: T. membranacea and T. mexicanensis. Four species are redescribed from the types; a new synonym is stablished: Tomosvaryella tumida hard. 1940 = Pipunculus lynchi Shannon, 1927. A key based in males is included.
