Abstract:

Surveys were carried out in German vineyards to identify parasitoids (mainly Mymaridae) of Empoasca vitis, E. decipiens and Hyalesthes obsoletus. Almost 80% of Empoasca spp., but only 20% of parasitoids were caught in the canopy. Less than 1% of insects was parasitized by Aphelopus sp. Neoaliturus fenestratus was parasitized by an undetermined pipunculid. H. obsoletus was parasitized by Leptus sp., and >80% of Psyllidae and Empoasca spp. were parasitized by an undetermined Charletonia sp.
